From the elegant Thai-colonial architecture to the contemporary Asian interiors and spectacular ocean-view terraces, our 33 suites offer all the amenities you expect of a four-star resort, from individually controlled air-conditioning, color TV, IDD telephone and a personal safe, to a luxurious bath and shower and all the little extras like bathrobes, slippers and, of course, a hair dryer.

A World of Healthful Activities

While your detox programme is intense, there is still ample time to enjoy all the beauty and recreational opportunities that our breathtaking 10-acre resort has to offer. We offer a range of activities including boat trips, fishing, diving and island-hopping. An early morning swim in the pool or the sea, or a brisk walk or jog on the beach, are ideal ways to begin a day of rejuvenation and we often partake of them as a group.

For the more adventurous, there is snorkeling equipment available along with an abundance of water sports. Several well-known islands, including Koh Samui and Koh Phangan, are a short excursion from the resort and we are always happy to arrange a trip.

Massage treatments include traditional Thai massage, our aromatic oil massage, foot reflexology massage and back massage, and are all designed to heal the body and release muscular tension and stress. We also offer an extensive range of body treatments, including a selection of scrubs that includes tamarind and aromatic salt, as well as body wraps, facials, Thai herbal steam and floral baths.

Our 200m² conference room with its lofty ceiling and ocean and mountain views is fully equipped to respond to the needs of business in today’s global workplace, from high-speed internet access to fax service and a professional staff that is committed to assisting you with reaching your objectives.

Getting Here

Despite our exclusivity and privacy, getting to the New Body and Mind Executive Retreat & Spa couldn’t be easier. The flight from Bangkok to Surat Thani takes less than an hour, and our van will meet you at the airport and escort you on the 50-minute drive to the retreat. If you’re coming from Koh Samui, just hop on a ferry – we’re located only 15 minutes from the pier.
